Meet Rebecca Gallegos, Co-Founder of Les Petits Surrogacy®, fertility consultant, and lifelong advocate for the families and women who make third-party reproduction possible. With more than 20 years of experience in fertility, surrogacy, and third-party reproduction, Rebecca brings a rare combination of expertise, personal understanding, and genuine human connection to every journey she supports.

Rebecca’s career began in the mid-1990s with a prominent group of obstetricians and gynecologists in Newport Beach, California. It was during these early years that Rebecca experienced her own fertility challenges. What began as a deeply personal journey would ultimately become the foundation for her life’s work.

Her experience inspired Rebecca to devote herself to helping others navigate the often complex and emotional path to parenthood. She joined the Fertility Center of Southern California, working alongside Dr. Ilene Hatch, where she became deeply immersed in third-party reproduction. Rebecca facilitated donor and surrogate matches, coordinated IVF cycles, and developed close relationships with patients throughout their treatment. Over time, she became Practice Manager, helping to shape the practice and contributing to its growth and success.

Wanting to understand surrogacy from the inside out, Rebecca later joined West Coast Surrogacy. She immersed herself in every aspect of the process, gaining a depth of knowledge that could only come from years of experience and close involvement with families and surrogates. It was here that she became known for her unwavering support, thoughtful guidance, and deeply personalized approach.

But for Rebecca, the heart of this work has never been only about the process. It has always been about the people.

The women who choose to become surrogates hold a particularly special place in Rebecca’s heart. She is continually inspired by their generosity, strength, and willingness to help another family experience something they may have longed for. Their selflessness, along with the relationships she has built with the families she serves, ultimately inspired Rebecca to create something of her own.

In 2023, Rebecca co-founded Les Petits Surrogacy with a simple but meaningful vision: to bring together decades of experience with the kind of personal, thoughtful care that can make an extraordinary journey feel a little more manageable and much more meaningful.

Today, Rebecca remains deeply involved in the journeys she supports. She believes that no two families, surrogates, or paths to parenthood are alike. The right approach is personal, the details matter, and above all, the people should always come first.
